Abstract
The Regional Water Demand Initiative for the Middle East and North Africa (WaDImena) is a five-year project coordinated by the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) with support from the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) and the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). The project aims to facilitate the adoption and implementation of water demand management strategies, policies and tools in countries of the Middle East and North Africa. It has now reached the mid-term of its implementation. The purpose of this Mid-Term Review (MTR) was to assess the project’s progress to date and to suggest ways forward to strengthen the project during its remaining lifespan
